According to our policy, once you start the assembly, we CAN NOT accept any claims.( tips on your invoice)
We made this policy to avoid the inability to distinguish between original damage and installation damage. Especially IKEA has a high risk of installation damage.Therefore we recommend that all costumers please check the condition of all pieces before starting to assembly.
Change of mind? No worries.
Within 7 days, you have the products in original packaging and original receipt and invoice, we will refund you the same way as you have paid (delivery charge is non refundable). Sorry we do not accept return of customized pre order products and all products that have already opened or assembled.
How to return:
- "Products in good condition" means products could sell again as normal commodity, packaging are not damaged or deformed, or no stains.
All Change of Mind refunds are issued at the discretion of Good Furniture. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for a Change of Mind request if it does not comply with these conditions.
We also offer a 24 months warranty which covers any manufacturer defects. Any damage caused by improper use or incorrect care of a product is the sole responsibility of the user. The warranty does not include the replacement of an item due to normal wear and tear.
You MUST inspect each product including inside of the package upon arrival or collection from depot(although the package looks ok from outside).
Tearing, ripping, holes, fork hoist holes, compression, denting and crushing to the outer packagings at time of delivery or pickup from depot are all indications of a possible damage or loss within. When this is noted at delivery or pickup from depot an endorsement of "Damage/Loss" must be written clearly on the Consignment Note at that time. No claims will be accepted without the endorsement, because all goods indicated were received in good condition.
You MUST inspect each piece which inside box before start assembling. If you find any pieces get damaged once the packages are opened, please contact us immediately. We DO NOT accept any damage claim after assembled
PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT any damaged products. Please report to us within 48 hours from delivery with photos that shows damaged item. No claims will be accepted if you report us after 48 hours from delivery or if it is accepted by the signatory without "Damage/Loss". We do NOT cover any damage or loss on the item if you give an authorization to courier for drop off, or POD (delivery receipt) is signed for clean.
All replacements or refunds will be processed after we claimed with courier or freight companies, thank you for understanding and cooperating.
