Yes, We have set up a separate display area in our warehouse, you can pay by our EFTPOS and collect directly.
We can't guarantee that the item you're interested in is on display, so please call ahead to confirm.

Most of IKEA products are flat packed so they’re easy for you to take home.
Also we ship to New Zealand Nationwide. We are working with courier and Freight company , depending on the weight of the package.

All damages are our responsibility until you assemble it. We will repair or replace it free of charge. All it takes is for you to email us a picture of the damage.
We DO NOT accept any claims for damage or missing parts once you start assembling. Please open the box and inspect all pieces and hardware first before you start assembling. If you find any pieces get damaged or missing parts, please contact us immediately.

Within 30 days, you have the products in original packaging and original receipt and invoice bring back to our store, we will refund you the same way as you have paid
