We ship to New Zealand Nationwide and make sure your products arrive on time and in excellent condition.
- We co-work with courier companies in New Zealand to deliver all goods via Truck or Van. Goods will normally be delivered during working hours only. (If you want arrange special time just please leave the note on check out, we will try it but no guarantee.
- Most orders are dispatched next working day. We deliver via a tracked courier service - once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a link to track the status of your order with our delivery partner.
- Usually 1-2 working days to Auckland, 2-3 working days to North Island, 3-5 working days to South Island, with additional time for rural.
- You can calculate the shipping cost at "View Cart" page after add the item to cart.
- We have 2 different costs : 1.Home address- Send the parcels to a residential address. 2.Pick up from depot- Go to freight company's depot .

About Delay and damaged
- We use ”POST HASTE" and “Streamline" to ship orders. If you have any questions regarding the status of your shipment, we will try our best to help you contact the courier company.
- You must inspect each product including inside of the package upon arrival (although the package looks ok from outside). Tearing, ripping, holes, fork hoist holes, compression to the outer packaging at time of delivery are all indications of a possible damage or loss within.

- We don’t accept any damage claim after assembled, please check all pieces before putting it together.
- According to freight company policy, all damage claims should be emailed with photos in 7 days (from the date of receipt of the packages ), we don't accept any damage claims over 7 days.
- We can swap the damaged or refund your all payment as long as it complies with our refund or exchange policies.
- Damaged goods must be returned to us in the condition received by you with all original packaging.
