We made this policy to avoid the inability to distinguish between original damage and installation damage. Especially IKEA has a high risk of installation damage.Â

Change of mind? No worries.
Within 7 days, you have the products in original packaging and original receipt and invoice, we will refund you the same way as you have paid (delivery charge is non refundable). Sorry we do not accept return of customized pre order products and all products that have already opened or assembled.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for a Change of Mind request if it does not comply with these conditions.

Warranty ?
We also offer a 24 months warranty which covers any manufacturer defects. Any damage caused by improper use or incorrect care of a product is the sole responsibility of the user. The warranty does not include the replacement of an item due to normal wear and tear.
